Massage Membership

This Membership ensures you are committed to your own self care! Massage Members receive a credit to book (1) Massage per Month. service fee for the 90 minute massage session.

Details:

• Member receives their monthly, 90 minute massage credit for the price of $125. The cost of service is billed to the account of file on the 1st of every month then the credit is generated to the clients AOW account. The client is responsible for scheduling their own session through the app.
• If the client is sick / busy, the credits accrue and remain active on the clients account for 12 weeks post purchase date provided the client keeps their membership active.
• Members receive discounted entry to workshops / special events as well as member pricing for additional massage sessions scheduled throughout the month. 
• Membership must be purchased through our booking App - "Affirmations of Wellness, LLC"

Terms of Service: 

• Membership fees are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.  
• Membership requires a 12 month commitment. 
• If the card on file has transactional issues and Member does not respond in timely manner, the membership will be deactivated and prior credits will be terminated.
