Treatment Room Policies


Our Treatment Room Policies are in place to support a safe, respectful, and energetically aligned environment for both clients and practitioners. Massage therapy and Reiki are both deeply personal, therapeutic experiences, these guidelines help ensure clarity, comfort, and mutual respect while allowing each session to unfold with presence, care, and intention. Thank you for honoring these policies as part of your commitment to your own wellness journey.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policies: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment rescheduling, if notice is not received within 24 hours of appointment start time, the full service cost will be charged. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, this will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the individual service provider.
  • Late Arrival Policy: Sessions end on time regardless of late arrival. Sessions end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting the next client's appointment start time, with full service fees applied.
  • Behavior & Boundaries: Any illicit or inappropriate sexual, suggestive, or abusive behavior results in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and potential banishment.
  • Draping & Modesty: Professional draping is used at all times to ensure only the area being treated is exposed, with client consent.
  • Health & Hygiene: Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions or medications. Clients should arrive with good personal hygiene and avoid strong perfumes.
  • Gift Certificates: Non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be voided if the appointment is a "no-show".
