Breath of Life - Workshop

Join us for a beautiful ceremony, designed to help you to discover your power within to self heal. Observe your physical, emotional and spiritual body through the lense of Somatic breath work. The entire session is accompanied with sound healing of crystal bowls / gongs, burning sacred herbs such as sage and palo santo, and shamanic energy work. 

Stay after for tea and snacks, to share with like minded community.
