NamaSLAY Holiday Metal Yoga! - Workshop

Calling all Metal Yogis for a post Holiday NAMASlay! Enjoy a special 75 minute Vinyasa Flow accompanied by hell raising screams, rolling guitars, drums, breath of fire, and a fierce flow. This class is designed to help you unleash your inner darkness to bring forth the light. Stay after for practice to enjoy a cold Brew or Liquid Death and mingle with like minded souls :)
