Chakra Workshop

 Please join us for an exploration of the Chakras, Chakra is Sanskrit for “wheel or circle” and are the energy centers along the spinal column.

 In this workshop we’ll be assessing our own nine energy portals knows as Chakras. We’ll connect with the sounds of each wheel, known as the  vowel and seed sounds.. When audibly chanted we are able to connect energetically with the vibration of sound and distribute the energy for clearing, healing and balance. We will be using specific poses and Yantra visualization to explore each Chakra’s sacred geometry. Closing with a guided relaxation.
