This workshop combines experiential exercises, foundational theory, and guided reflection to help you build a toolkit for working with your own dream material!

This is a psychoeducation group, not a therapy group. Examining dreams may surface conflicts, or challenges that are better processed in individual therapy or counseling. This workshop is meant to supplement — not replace — appropriate therapeutic services.
